The announcement of the winners will be made public at the Merchant Taylors’ Hall, London on 27 November, 2009
What are the timings for the evening?
18.45 - Champagne Reception, The Cloisters
19.30 - Dinner, The Great Hall
21.30 - Awards Commence
23.00 - Bar Open
24.00 - Carriages
When will I receive my invitations?
Your invitations will be sent to you via email shortly after you reserve your table so that you can forward on to your confirmed guests.
Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
Please notify the Event Manager via email (rafal.kotowicz@janes.com) of any special dietary requirements for your guests. Please make sure to advise via email at least 48hrs prior to the event.
How do I buy tickets for the dinner?
You are able to purchase tickets online by visiting the registration pages and submitting your details.

What’s included in the price of the table?
The cost of the table includes:
- Champagne drinks reception
- Three course evening meal
- Choice of wine with dinner
- After dinner drinks
- The Awards Ceremony / Entertainment

What is the dress code for the evening?
Black tie

Do you offer guests of the Jane’s Transport Finance Awards preferential rates at nearby hotels for the night of the awards?
Yes. Jane's have secured preferential rates at some hotels in London - contact our hotel booking consultants for more details, quoteing "Jane's TF Awards 2009"

What is the latest I can supply guest names?
We ask that wherever possible, guest names are supplied no later than Monday 23 November 2009. We require some time to print table plans and inform the venue of any special dietary requirements. In addition, security at the venue requires that we submit a full guest list in advance of the night.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend, you can send another guest in your place by contacting Jane’s Events Department with their details. Cancellation of awards dinner reservations prior to 13 November 2009 will attract a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations after 13 November 2009, full payment will be required.
