When will I find out if my company has won?
The announcement of the winners will be made public at the Merchant Taylors’ Hall, London on 26 November, 2008

What are the timings for the evening?
18.45 - Champagne Reception, The Cloisters
19.30 - Dinner, The Great Hall
21.15 - After Dinner Speech
21.30 - Awards Commence
23.00 - Bar Open
24.00 - Carriages

When will I receive my invitations?
Your invitations will be sent to you via email as soon as you book your table so that you can forward on to your confirmed guests.

Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?
A form will be included in the table pack to complete and return to the Organisers for guests with special dietary requirements. This form must be returned at least 48 hours prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply.

How do I buy tickets for the dinner?
You will be able purchase tickets online by clicking on the Booking button and submitting your details.

Do you offer guests of the Jane’s Transport Finance Awards preferential rates at nearby hotels for the night of the awards?

What is the latest I can supply guest names?
We ask that wherever possible, guest names are supplied no later than Monday 24th November 2008. As you can appreciate we need a little time to print table plans and inform the venue of any special dietary requirements. In addition, security at the venue requires that we submit a full guest list in advance of the night.

What if I wish to order additional wines?
Once you have booked your table, you will be sent wine order forms and wine lists so that you may order additional wines for your table.

Please note that we do not handle your wine forms from here. These should be sent directly to the Merchant Taylors’ Hall. Any queries on the wine orders should be directed to the venue.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend, you can send another guest in your place by contacting Jane’s Events Department with their details. Cancellation of awards dinner reservations prior to 12th November 2008 will attract a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations after 12th November 2008, full payment will be required.
