Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy
If you are registered for the seminar but are unable to attend, you can send a colleague in your place by contacting the Jane's Events Department with their details.
If you have to cancel, we will refund your payment less a 25% administration charge. Cancellations can only be accepted in writing - by post, fax or e-mail.
