James Green
IHS Jane's Security Publisher

James Green is responsible for Jane’s Security and Armed Forces services. In this role, he manages those editorial teams that publish on country risk issues such as terrorism, organised crime, political and social stability and armed forces capabilities.

James started his career at Jane’s after graduating in War Studies from Kings College, London. Before rejoining the company in 2004, James was responsible for editorial publications at the UK-based think-tank, the International Institute for Strategic Studies and previously was a journalist for The Daily Telegraph.



Christian Le Miére

Editor, Jane's Intelligence Review

Christian Le Mière is currently the editor of Jane's Intelligence Review. He began his career at Jane's in 2004 as Asia editor, following employment at the International Institute of Strategic Studies and Business Monitor International.

Christian graduated from the University of Oxford and King's College, London with degree in philosophy and politics and war studies. He specialises in Asian security and the rise of China.

Eleanor Kaymer

Eleanor Kaymer
IHS Jane’s Armed Forces Editor

Eleanor Keymer is Jane’s in-house Armed Forces Editor, and is responsible for the editorial overview of all Jane’s country-based defence analysis. Eleanor brings together military assessments from such titles as Jane’s Sentinel, Jane’s Amphibious and Special Forces and unified tri-service review in the form of Jane’s World Air Forces and Jane’s World Navies. Eleanor has contributed to titles across the Armed Forces portfolio.

She has a BA from Royal Holloway, University of London and completed postgraduate studies in journalism at City University.

Nick Blackmore

Nick Blackmore
Editor, Safety at Sea International

Nick Blackmore is the editor of Safety at Sea International - for nearly 40 years, the world's only magazine dedicated to maritime safety.

Before joining SASI in December 2008, Nick was the editor of Seafarer, the magazine of the maritime charity, The Marine Society & Sea Cadets. He was nominated for the Desmond Wettern Media Award at the 2008 Maritime Media Awards for his work on the title.
