The USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) has three squadrons of Boeing F/A-18C Hornets embarked: VFA-25 and -113 with the F/A-18C and VFA-115 with the F/A-18E Super Hornet. The ship is operating in the Northern Arabian Gulf, November 2002, while supporting Operation 'Southern Watch'.
