The Indian Navy's 'Bridges of Friendship' international fleet review, held in Mumbai on 17 February to mark India's 50th anniversary as a republic, involved almost 60 Indian Navy vessels along with two dozen foreign warships.
In this gallery of images from the review, JNI Consultant Editor Richard Scott highlights some of the more interesting participants.

INS Kirch is the latest Project 25A corvette to enter service. Unlike earlier ships of the class it carries an Otobreda 76/62 Super Rapid gun and the Shikari fire control system. Its main offensive punch comes in the form of 16 SS-N-25 Uran anti-ship missiles.
