Development
The fully amphibious SAVA mobile SAM system is an indigenously developed variant of the former Soviet SA-13 'Gopher' system. It is intended to provide protection for highly mobile armoured units against attack by low-flying aircraft, helicopters and Remotely Piloted Vehicles (RPVs).
