VBIED attack targets the LNA's chief of staff commander in Libya's Cyreneica

UNIDENTIFIED militants detonated a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) targeting the convoy of General Abdel-Razeq Nathouri - the chief of staff of Libyan National Army (LNA) commander General Khalifa Haftar - convoy between the city of Benghazi and the al-Marj military base in Libya's Cyrenaica region on 18 April, Al-Jazeera reported. Reports did not include details of casualties but stated that Nathouri was unharmed. No group immediately claimed responsibility for the attack.
