Ultra takeover of Sparton collapses

05 March 2018

Negotiations behind the planned acquisition of Sparton Corporation by Ultra Electronics have been terminated, Ultra Electronics announced on 5 March.

The announcement followed the results of an antitrust review by the US government that has concluded that the sale cannot go ahead.
