UK MoD details progress on submarine dismantling ‘demonstrator’

Ex-Swiftsure – retired from service in 1992 – is the first former RN nuclear-powered submarine to be dismantled and recycled, and is being used as a demonstrator for the Submarine Dismantling Project (SDP).
