IED attack kills at least three tribal elders in Afghanistan's Nangarhar

AT LEAST three tribal elders were killed and two others were wounded when an improvised explosive device (IED), emplaced by unidentified militants, detonated on the second floor of a hotel where the elders were staying in the city of Jalalabad in Afghanistan's Nangarhar province on 20 February, Reuters reported. No group immediately claimed responsibility for the attack.
