Poland launches procurement procedure for new loitering munition

The Polish Armament Inspectorate on 2 February issued a request for proposals launching a technical dialogue for smart short-range loitering munition.

The proposed system would consist of 10 air platforms, one mobile control station, a set of warheads, launch platform, and the required software and additional equipment. It would be used for image intelligence, battle damage assessment, reconnoitering targets, and time-sensitive targeting.
