Aerospace components manufacturer Triumph has announced the merger of its Aerospace Structures and Precision Components businesses into a single unit that will retain the Aerospace Structures name.
The unit will be led by Peter Wick who currently runs the Precision Components unit.
“Aerospace Structures and Precision Components have each made significant strikes in their operational turnarounds and now have solid foundations for growth. This is the right time to combine their operations,” said Triumph President and Chief Executive Daniel Crowley.
The merger will be applicable from 1 January 2018.
