US-based TTM Technologies announced on 3 December that it had acquired Anaren for USD775 million in cash from private equity firm Veritas Capital.
Anaren undertakes the development and manufacture of a range of printed circuit board and radio frequency components and subsystems for the defence, aerospace, and networking and communications markets. The company’s defence products are used in radars, electronic warfare, and military communications systems.
The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2018.
