TWO Islamic State militants were killed and five others were arrested by security forces personnel during a counter-terrorism operation that took place in three locations across Saudi Arabia's capital Riyadh on 4 October, Gulf News reported. The raids aimed to dismantle an Islamic State cell across the city, which was allegedly plotting to launch a suicide attack on the Ministry of Defence.
