Russian defence export organisation Rosoboronexport has increased its international orderbook to USD44 billion in September 2017, according to the Chief Executive Officer of Rostec, which administers the state arms exporter.
Speaking to The Council of Federation of Russia’s Federal Assembly, Sergei Chemezov, CEO of Rostec, said, “Total supplies through Rosoboronexport reached more than twofold over the last decade, from USD6 billion to almost USD13 billion. The portfolio of orders amounts to about USD44 billion as of September 2017.”
