Two Typhoon fighters from the Royal Air Force’s No 3 Squadron arrived at Ämari, Estonia, on 29 August to participate in air-land integration exercises with the British-led battlegroup currently deployed in Estonia, as part of NATO’s enhanced Forward Presence (eFP).
The aircraft supplement the four F-16AM fighters of the Belgian air component also at Ämari. The US Air Force earlier added three to its four F-15C Eagle aircraft based in Šiauliai, Lithuania. The four-month tours officially started on 1 September.
