Aptima, a US company specialising in human-machine performance for the defence market, has agreed to buy technology company Milcord, it announced on 13 March. Financial terms have not been disclosed, but Aptima will be buying Milcord's existing technology as well as taking on its existing contracts.
Milcord provides a range of information management tools to government agencies and also works in cyber defence.
Both companies are privately held.
