Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) unveiled its ADA anti-GPS jamming system on 31 January, saying it recently won an Israeli Ministry of Defense contract to integrate into one of the "main platforms" of the Israeli Air Force (IAF).
It added that the ADA system has already been integrated into several systems and platforms operating in Israel and abroad.
"It has been in the Israeli Air Force for a few years. There is a possibility that more [systems] will appear [in the IAF] in the future," said Alex Levit, the head of the ADA project at IAI's MALAM division.
He said the system undergoes continuous upgrades and is being unveiled now because it has matured sufficiently for open sale on the international market.
