Landmine attack kills a local HIG commander in Afghanistan's Kapisa

AN ALLEGED local Hizb-i-Islami - Gulbuddin (HIG) commander was killed when a landmine, emplaced by unidentified militants, detonated in an unspecified location in Afghanistan's Kapisa province on 4 January, Afghan Islamic Press reported. No group immediately claimed responsibility for the attack.
