ST Engineering's Land Systems Arm To Liquidate Subsidiary Securedge Pte Ltd

Singapore, 25 November 2016 Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (ST Engineering) announced today that Securedge Pte. Ltd. (Securedge), a subsidiary of its land systems arm, Singapore Technologies Kinetics Ltd (ST Kinetics), has been placed under members voluntary liquidation.

The liquidation of Securedge is part of ST Kinetics ongoing review to streamline its businesses and consolidate resources.

This exercise is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible asset per share and earnings per share of ST Engineering for the current financial year.
