Military air strikes kill seven ISIL militants in Iraq's Babil

SEVEN Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) militants were killed during military air strikes targeting their positions in Al-Farisiya and Al-Abed Wais in Jurf al-Sakhar area in Iraq's Babil province on 29 April, NINA reported. A number of weapons caches were seized in a follow-up ground operation. ISIL was renamed to the Islamic State on 29 June.
