Cubic Corporation has announced that its CEO Bill Boyle will be succeeded at the top after just over 12 months in the top job.
The US group said on 1 May that Boyle - appointed chief executive in February 2013 - will be succeeded by current chief operating officer Bradley H Feldmann from 1 July this year. Boyle will remain as an advisor to the new CEO and continue on the board of directors until the next annual meeting.
Feldmann joined Cubic in 2008.
Boyle, who was chief finance officer from 1983, succeeded Cubic founder Walter Zable, who died in June 2012, serving as an interim CEO before taking the top job.
