JANKEL AWARDED ISO14001:2004

Armoured Vehicle Manufacturer Accredited with Environmental Standard in Record Time

Weybridge, Surrey: Jankel is delighted to announce that it has achieved ISO14001:2004 (UKAS) accreditation for its environmental management system, this standard which normally takes over a year to obtain was given to Jankel after just seven months.

The Environmental standard is a mechanism to drive forward the philosophy of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle within all areas of business activities. The aim is to protect and improve the surrounding environmental aspects and reduce the impacts the business activities produce on the environment.


Mike Mullen, Managing Director of Jankel said “This is a fantastic achievement for Jankel and marks the culmination of many months o effort to demonstrate that we meet the strict standards required by UKAS. The accreditation process is an important step forward and ha a real purpose to our business”.
